M. Kramer Construction Ltd. started as a sole proprietorship in 2000 under the name M. Kramer Enterprises and incorporated in May 2004.
Mike Kramer, President of M. Kramer Construction Ltd., was born and raised in Fairview. After completing a Commercial Pilot License at the Calgary Flight Training Centre followed by a Marine Service Technician Diploma at Fairview College, Mike attended Fairview College & NAIT to complete certification as a Journeyman Carpenter. Although Mike has experience and education in a variety of fields he focuses his attention on his construction business.
Quality construction results come from hiring experienced and trained staff to guide the building process. Long-term value and performance are achieved by being highly selective of every product and component that goes into a home or other structure. We hire experienced and licensed sub-contractors, use high quality materials and adhere to or exceed the standards of the Alberta Building Code.

M. Kramer Construction Ltd. is proud to volunteer time and skills to assist the community where we work and live. From volunteering our personal time and resources to build local playgrounds to participating as active members on various Boards, Council and Committees; we support vibrant, healthy, happy homes and communities. Mike Kramer, President, has volunteered with Fairview Minor Hockey as a coach and assistant-coach; and is a past Vice-President of the Fairview Minor Hockey Board. For many years, Mike was a Board Member of the Fairview Golf Club and he recently served as a member on the Heart of the Peace Economic Development Council. Mike is presently an active volunteer with the Fairview Flyers, Junior B Hockey Team and is always lending a hand to support other non-profit fundraisers and other activities going on in the community.

I am satisfied with all my dealings with M. Kramer Construction Ltd. The home was constructed on time and within the agreed to price. I consider the quality of workmanship to be very good. The issues and small repairs required since taking possession of the home have been addressed quickly and without conflict by Mike Kramer. The small repairs include improvements to the downstairs heating ventilation, nail pops, siding coming loose, and roof shingle replacement.
I have previous experience with the construction of my previous home in Calgary, Alberta by Jayman Homes. From my experience, I consider the quality of workmanship and customer service by M. Kramer Construction Ltd. to be superior to that of Jayman Homes.
M. Kramer Construction Ltd. provided effective and useful coaching during design phase and general contracting needs. The 1100 square foot home with finished basement and garage was totally completed and ready for occupancy in less than three months from the start of construction.We were pleased with the quality of workmanship and completely satisfied that high standards were carefully adhered to during each phase of construction.
